Welcome to InstantBill. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InstantBill platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InstantBill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Use of Service

InstantBill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the service without our written consent
  • Use the service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications

4. Payment Terms

Certain features require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
  • Provide valid and current payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

All fees are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Any price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the InstantBill platform are owned by or licensed to InstantBill Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • InstantBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms
  • We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. Data retention for tax purposes may continue as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise it is permanently barred.
